Program
The course will present some neural networks approaches for generating data with a focus on biomedical applications. Indeed, one of the main problems in this ambit is often the lack of large dataset for training deep models. In particular, we will show how generating synthetic data can help in automatic analysis of X-ray, NMR, MRI and also natural medical images. On the other hand, generative graph neural networks can also be used for the purpose of drug design and repurposing, and, more generally, for genetic engineering.
